Overview
Memo notes, AudioServe, Simply Sole Trading and My West Berkshire are standalone mobile apps developed by Pantsapillion Productions. Our apps are designed to collect as little information as possible.
Pantsapillion Productions does not run user accounts, advertising profiles, tracking systems or app data servers for these apps.

App-by-App Details
Memo notes
Memo notes stores your notes on your device. If you enable the app's iCloud backup option, your app data can be backed up to and restored from your iCloud account. You can turn this backup option on or off in the app.
Simply Sole Trading
Simply Sole Trading stores your client, job, invoice and expense information on your device. If you enable the app's iCloud backup option, your app data can be backed up to and restored from your iCloud account. You can turn this backup option on or off in the app.
AudioServe
AudioServe stores playback state locally on your device, separate from your Plex media server. AudioServe can also back up some settings to your iCloud account if you enable iCloud backup. AudioServe connects to Plex services as part of its core function as a Plex media server client. When you use AudioServe, information needed for Plex playback, such as player name or playback information, may be shared with Plex, Inc.
My West Berkshire
My West Berkshire does not use your device location. The app provides quick access to local information and may open external websites or services. Those external services are separate from Pantsapillion Productions and are covered by their own privacy policies.
Analytics and Crash Information
We have not implemented a separate third-party analytics or crash reporting service in these apps. Apple may provide standard App Store analytics, crash logs or diagnostic information, depending on your device settings and Apple's own services.
This information may include general technical details such as device type, operating system version, app version, region-level information, app launches and crash diagnostics. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
iCloud Backup
Memo notes, AudioServe and Simply Sole Trading include optional iCloud backup or restore features. If you turn this on, selected app data or settings can be backed up to your own iCloud account using Apple's iCloud services. Pantsapillion Productions does not operate the iCloud service and does not access your iCloud account.
If you turn iCloud backup off in the app, the app will not use that optional backup feature. Apple device-level backups may still apply depending on your iOS and iCloud settings.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell personal data and we do not share app data with advertisers. The main third parties involved are:
- Apple, for App Store distribution, iCloud features, device-level backups, purchases where applicable, and standard diagnostics.
- Plex, Inc., for AudioServe's Plex login, server access and playback features.
- External websites or services opened from My West Berkshire, where their own privacy policies apply.
Data Retention and Deletion
Data stored locally by the apps remains on your device until you delete it in the app, reset the app where that option is available, or uninstall the app. If you use iCloud backup, backed-up app data may remain in your iCloud account until you delete it using Apple's iCloud tools or device settings.
Pantsapillion Productions does not store a copy of your app data on its own servers.
Children's Privacy
Memo notes, AudioServe, Simply Sole Trading and My West Berkshire do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe personal information has been provided in error, please contact us.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct or delete personal data. Because Pantsapillion Productions does not operate user accounts or store app data on its own servers, most app data is controlled directly by you on your device, in your iCloud account, or in any third-party service you connect to, such as Plex.
You can contact us using the email address below if you have a privacy question. UK users also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
