AudioServe is a standalone mobile app developed by Pantsopillion Productions. Your privacy matters, and this app is designed to collect as little information as possible.
Information We Collect
AudioServe does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or account details. The app may collect non-personal, anonymous data required for basic operation and analytics, including device type, operating system version, app version, basic usage events (such as app launches), and crash diagnostics. Approximate location may be inferred at a country/region level by third parties (for example, for Plex account usage), but it is not used to personally identify you.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
AudioServe stores audio states locally on your device, seperate from your Plex media server. This data is not transmitted to Pantsopillion Production servers and is removed if the app is deleted. There is an option to back up and restore this data to iCloud. Whilst using this the app, data may be shared with the thrid party Plex.Inc as the core functionality of this app is as a client for Plex media server.

Children's Privacy
AudioServe does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe personal information has been provided in error, please contact us so we can remove it.
